How to map reports to letter/certificate categories? RP-40542

Personnel Administration  

The Letter / Certificates Reports Mapping feature allows administrators to link report templates to specific letter or certificate categories for each company.

Navigation Path: Personnel Administration → Letter / Certificates → Settings → Letter / Certificates Reports Mapping

Steps to Configure Report Mapping

  1. Select the Following Details:
  • Company: Choose the company for which the mapping is to be applied.
  • Letter / Certificates Category: Select the appropriate category (e.g., Salary Certificate, Employment Confirmation).
  • Letter / Certificates Report: Choose the report template to be used for this letter or certificate.
  1. Click SaveAfter selecting all required fields, click Save to store the report mapping.
