How to request a Ticket / Exit Re-Entry (ERE) through the workflow? RP-30387

The Ticket / Exit Re-Entry (ERE) Request module allows employees to request travel tickets and exit re-entry visas for themselves or their dependents, based on their contract entitlements. The process involves both the employee and HR personnel to complete and validate the request.

Navigation Path: Workflow → New Request → Ticket / ERE Request

  1. Select Employee
    In the Requested For field, select the employee.
    The system will display the employee and their dependents under the Eligibility per Contract list.
  2. Open Eligibility Details
    Click Ticket / ERE Eligibility to view detailed Ticket and Exit Re-Entry entitlements.
  3. Select Beneficiary
    Choose the employee or a dependent for whom the request is being submitted.
  4. Select Ticket Options
    In the Ticket column, select one of the following:
    • One Way
    • Round Trip
    • Not Required
  5. Select ERE Options
    In the ERE column, select one of the following:
    • Single
    • Multiple
    • Not Required
  6. Enter Travel Details
    • Travel Date
    • Return Date
    • ERE Days (Number of days requested for the exit re-entry)
  7. Submit Request
    Once all information is entered, click Submit to initiate the workflow.

HR Personnel: Verification and Update

After submission, HR personnel must verify and update ticket and ERE utilization records:

1. Manage Ticket Utilization

  • Click Ticket Utilization to open the ticket management pop-up.
  • In the pop-up:
    • Select the applicable Ticket Eligibility
    • Enter the Booking Reference
    • Enter the Purchase Date
    • Click Save

2. Manage Exit Re-Entry (ERE) Utilization

  • Click ERE Utilization to open the ERE management pop-up.
  • In the pop-up:
    • Select the relevant Exit Re-Entry Eligibility
    • Click Save

3. Submit to Complete Workflow

Once both ticket and ERE records are updated, click Submit to finalize and complete the workflow.
