To retrieve training efficiency data, fill in the following fields:
- Reference Number – Enter the training reference number, if available.
- Training Title – Specify the title or name of the training program.
- Training Type – Select the type of training (e.g., Classroom, Online, On-the-Job).
- Company – Choose the company or business unit where the training was conducted.
- Year – Select the year in which the training took place.
- Quarter – Choose the appropriate quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4).
- Employee – Select the employee whose training efficiency record you want to view.
Click Search – After entering the necessary information, click the Search button to display the training efficiency results.
