The General Request feature allows employees to submit non-standard or miscellaneous requests that do not fall under predefined categories. This ensures flexibility in handling unique or special cases within the HR system.

How to Submit a General Request
1. Enter Request Details
Fill in the following information:
- Request Type – Select the appropriate category from the available list.
- Request Details – Provide a clear, concise explanation of the request.
- Remarks (Optional) – Add any additional notes or context to support the request.
2. Submit the Request
Once all information has been reviewed: Click Submit to initiate the approval workflow.
- The request will follow the standard workflow approval process.
- Relevant departments will review and take action accordingly.
