How to Submit a Maintenance Request
1. Access the Request Form
Navigate to the Maintenance Request form using the path above.
2. Enter Request Details
Complete the following fields:
- Request Type – Choose the appropriate category for the issue or service needed.
- Description – Provide a detailed explanation of the maintenance problem or item required.
- Quantity – Indicate the number of items or units involved in the request.
- Price – Enter the estimated or known cost, if applicable.
3. Submit the Request
Once all information has been reviewed: Click Submit to initiate the approval workflow.
