The Organization Tree feature allows users to view and explore the organizational hierarchy within the HR system. This provides a visual representation of all organization units (OUs), their structure, and relationships.
1. Navigate to the Organization Tree
- Go to: Personnel Administration -> Organization Management- > Organization Tree
2. Search for the Organization Unit
- Use the Organization Unit Hierarchy to search for the desired OU (Organization Unit).
3. View Organization Unit Summary
- Click on the required OU from the organization tree.
- The Organization Unit Summary will be displayed, showing key details about the selected unit.
This view is read-only. To edit an OU, use the Manage Organization or Manage Organization Hierarchy functions.
