The JRF Enquiry feature allows users to view and track the progress of recruitment requests submitted through the Job Requisition Form (JRF). This helps HR personnel monitor sourcing, recruitment, and joining statuses in real time.

Navigate to: Recruitment → JRF Enquiry

Search the JRF List Use the search or filter options to locate a specific JRF from the list.

View Recruitment Details Click on the desired JRF entry to open and view all related recruitment details.

View Process Information Click on the Process No linked to the JRF to view the detailed recruitment workflow process.

View Candidate Information by Status Click on the numeric values under each of the following columns to view candidate-specific details:

• Sourcing – Candidates in the sourcing stage
• Recruiting – Candidates currently under evaluation
• Joining – Candidates in the onboarding process
• Drop/Skip – Candidates who were dropped or skipped
• Joined – Candidates who have successfully joined
• Total CV – Total number of CVs received for the JRF
