Dashboard Insights & Metrics:

1. Team Size
   • Displays the total number of team members reporting to the user.
2. Total Absent Days
   • Aggregated number of days team members were absent over a selected period.
3. My Team Members
   • List of direct reports under the logged-in manager.
4. Attendance Count by Delay Hours
   • Shows how many times team members were late, grouped by delay duration.
5. Attendance Count by Early Out Hours
   • Displays count of early departures categorized by hours left early.
6. Late Comers Trend
   • Graphical trend of late arrivals over time to identify patterns.
7. Early Leavers Trend
   • Trend chart showing frequency of employees leaving early.
8. Absentees Trend
   • Historical data showing absenteeism patterns in the team.
9. Overtime Hours Details
   • Displays total overtime hours worked by the team, with breakdowns if applicable.
10. Current In-Progress Requests

• List and status of any pending or in-progress HR requests made by the team (e.g., leave, travel, or general requests).
