The Permitted Employees Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of employee attendance, leave, travel, and workflow-related data. It allows HR personnel and managers to monitor key workforce metrics and take informed actions based on real-time insights.

Navigation Path: Dashboard → Permitted Employees Dashboard

Search and Filtering Options

You can search for employees using the following filters:

  • Organization
  • Permitted Employee
  • Payroll Period

Once filters are selected, click View Details to display the employee’s information.

After clicking View Details, you will be able to see:

  • Annual Leave Days
  • Sick Leave Days
  • Other Leave Days
  • Business Travel Days

Clicking on any of these options will open a pop-up window displaying a detailed breakdown of each leave or travel category.

Additional Visual Insights

The dashboard also includes various metrics and trend visualizations:

  • Team Members
    Displays the list of team members under the selected manager or department.
  • Attendance Count by Delay Hours
    Shows the number of instances employees arrived late, categorized by delay duration.
  • Attendance Count by Early Out Hours
    Shows the number of instances employees left work early, categorized by early-out duration.
  • Late Comers Trend
    A trend chart visualizing patterns in late arrivals over time.
  • Early Leavers Trend
    A trend chart showing early departures over a selected period.
  • Absentees Trend
    Tracks patterns in employee absenteeism to identify potential issues.
  • Overtime Hours Details
    Displays data on employee overtime, including total hours worked beyond scheduled time.
  • Current In-Progress Requests (Workflow)
    Lists all active workflow requests (e.g., leave, travel, etc.) currently in progress.
  • Active To-Do Tasks
    Displays tasks assigned to the user or relevant HR/manager roles.
  • Current Workflow Task Aging Count
    Shows how long each pending workflow task has been waiting for action, supporting timely approvals.
  • Delay In and Early Out Count
    Highlights how many times employees have clocked in late or left early during the selected period.
  • Exceptional Attendance Entry Status
    Displays any manual or exceptional entries made for attendance records.
  • Current Leave Process Status
    Indicates the current status of employee leave applications, such as pending, approved, or rejected.
