The PMS Dashboard provides a centralized view of all key Performance Management System (PMS) activities across different years. It enables users to monitor the status of various PMS components such as COT, DOT, and POT settings, along with their associated monitoring workflows.

Navigate to: Performance Evaluation → PMS Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard displays a year-wise summary of PMS activities, including:

• COT Settings (Company Objectives & Targets)
• DOT Settings (Department Objectives & Targets)
• POT Settings (Personal Objectives & Targets)
• Monitoring Status for each category

Each entry indicates the current status of the workflow for the corresponding year and setting.

View Workflow Details

To view detailed information about any workflow:

• Click on the Process No displayed in the relevant row.
• This will open the complete workflow history, allowing users to track progress, review submitted data, and monitor the status of evaluations.
