Different methods of monthly payroll calculations are:

1. Calendar Days Payroll Calculation
2. Fixed Days Payroll Calculation
   • For the case of Partial Absence there are two different methods:
     • Based on Fixded Hour Calculation, here the per day hour is set as fixed 
     • Based on Shift Hour Calculation, here the per day hour is based on that days shift

Any one of the above method can be implemented during the project imeplementation
