1. Worklist

The Worklist feature allows employees to view and manage all active or in-progress tasks assigned to them within various workflows. It serves as a centralized task management hub, ensuring timely action and task completion.

Navigation Path: Employee Self Service → Workflow → Worklist

Key Functions:

  • Displays all tasks currently assigned to the employee across different HR and business workflows.
  • Employees act as task owners and are responsible for reviewing and completing these tasks.
  • Once a task is completed, it is removed from the Worklist (Inbox).

Shared Worklist:

  • Tasks delegated or shared by other users appear in the Shared Worklist.
  • Shared tasks are visible only once they reach the original owner's inbox.

Process View:

  • The Process View option provides a visual representation of the overall workflow process.
  • Users can see the current position of the task within the process flow, aiding in understanding dependencies and progress.

2. Track My Request

The Track My Request feature enables employees to monitor the real-time status of requests they have initiated and, where applicable, withdraw pending workflows.

Navigation Path: Employee Self Service → Workflow → Track My Request

Key Functions:

  • View the status of any workflow initiated by the employee.
  • Withdraw requests (if allowed by workflow settings and if the request is still in progress).
  • Filter requests by:
    • Status (e.g., Completed, In Progress)
    • Workflow Model or Type
    • Requests for Self or On Behalf of Others

Process View:

  • By clicking the Process View button for any request, employees can:
    • Review all data entered during request submission
    • Track actions and approvals completed within the workflow
    • Read remarks and comments provided at each step
