Employee Self Service  

The list of activities which can be accessed by log in user from the ESS module are:

Employee Self Services->Service Desk

  1. Create Service Desk Tickets
  2. My Service Desk Tickets
  1. Create Service Desk Tickets

User can create service desk tickets thru this menu by selecting respective Sub Function, Classification and Problem Category

User can view the status of the self created service desk tickets created
Service Desk tickets can be searched and viewed based on different selection criteria’s.
