When new employee separation type is created, below area also should be checked:

1. Create a new HR Status through HR Status List page under Personnel Administration->Settings
2. Create ESB Factor Settings and map ESB Profile Factor Settings for different ESB Period thru ESB Factor Settings page under Personnel Administration->ESB->Settings
3. Create ESB Factor Settings and map ESB Interval Factor Settings for different ESB Period through ESB Factor Settings page under Personnel Administration->ESB->Settings
4. Map the Separation Type and Role to appear the Separation type in Employee Separation workflow for selection through Manage Separation Request Permission Settings page under Personnel Administration->ESB->Settings
5. Map Employee Status and HR Status through Manage Employee Status page under Personnel Administration
6. During Employee Separation the respective separation type can be selected
