Even the Payroll calculation method is based on Calendar Days or Fixed Days, the payroll calculation for Employee Join Month and Employee Separation Month will be based on calendar days

• That means one day payroll amount is calculated as: Total Payroll Package / Number of days in that month
• Total amount in that month is: One Day Amount * Number of days worked in that month

Note: Employees Joined month and separating month payroll calculation cannot done based on Fixed days; becasuse theose employees are actually not absent for those not worked days in that payroll period to deduct fixed amount.
