Actually Past leave* does not require the rejoin process, because before the leave request itself employee knows when he rejoined back after that leave (leave start date and leave end date), so no need of doing the leave rejoin tasks, what the employee enter in leave request contains rejoin informations. So the system internally completes the workflow on completion of Leave Request

* Past Leave means Leave Start Date and Lave End Date are less than Today
